29 августа в аэропорту Толмачёво торжественно открыт новый комплекс фабрики бортового питания. Напомним, что мероприятие, посвящённое началу строительства нового комплекса, состоялось ровно год назад — 29 августа 2018 года.

TOLMACHEVO Catering proceeded to daily servicing of Novosibirsk – Kiev flights

TOLMACHEVO Catering LLC, a flight catering facility of NOVOSIBRISK International Airport, engages more regular clients and enhances its delivery volumes. From July 2013, the enterprise provides daily meals services for Novosibirsk – Kiev flights performed by Ukraine International Airlines.

Flights from Novosibirsk to Kiev were launched by UKRAINE International Airlines on April 29, 2013 with their first passengers serviced by TOLMACHEVO Catering. Initially having three weekly flights scheduled, the airline gradually increased frequencies to daily flights from July 3, 2013. As the number of flights to Kiev grew, the catering facility expanded meals delivery for passengers and crew members of Ukraine International Airlines. Flights are operated on Boeing 737-400 aircraft in 162 seats configuration and Boeing 737-800 in configuration of up to 186 seats.

TOLMACHEVO Catering launched operation on December 20, 2012. During the first half-year’s period, the enterprise started providing meal services for Novosibirsk departing flights operated by UTair, Ural Airlines, Nordwind Airlines as well as for certain flights of S7 Airlines.

The service quality provided by the airport was also highly appreciated by cargo airlines operating flights with tech-stop and refueling landings in Novosibirsk.

Tolmachevo Catering LLC is a joint project of Airport Tolmachevo JSC and the leading global manufacturer and operator in the field of flight catering – LSG Lufthansa Service Europa/Afrika GmbH (LSG Sky Chefs). It is equipped with modern high-tech units including deep freezing refrigeration chambers which allow storage of ingredients up to 6 months, and Blast chillers which keep taste and quality of prepared meals. The current nominal capacity of the facility makes up 3,000 meals per day, and in the long term can be extended up to 5,000. The menu includes dishes of various world cuisines as well as special meals: vegetarian, low-calorie, children’s and others.
