Airlines choose catering services of Tolmachevo Catering LLC
Tolmachevo Catering LLC is an affiliated flight catering facility of NOVOSIBIRSK International Airport. It extends the range of regular clients and increases the volume of supplied products.
On May 7, the flight catering company started providing meal services for daily morning Novosibirsk – Moscow (Vnukovo) flights operated by UTair on Boeing 737-800. Thus, flight catering of NOVOSIBIRSK International Airport is now provided to passengers of economy class, business class and the crews of all UTair flights departing from Novosibirsk.
On April 30, Tolmachevo Catering LLC started handling of Novosibirsk – Kiev flights operated by Ukraine International Airlines on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Catering supply volume is expected to grow with increase of flight frequency up to 7 times a week starting from July 3.
Tasty and qualitative meals by Tolmachevo Catering LLC are also provided to passengers and flight crews of Ural Airlines flights from Novosibirsk to Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Khabarovsk, Norilsk, Yakutsk, and Harbin. Another regular customer of Tolmachevo Catering LLC, Nordwind Airlines, operates charter flights from Novosibirsk to the resort cities of Thailand, Turkey, China, Vietnam, Egypt, Cyprus, UAE and Indonesia.
During 6 months of operation of catering facility, the crews of cargo airlines operating flights with technical stops in Novosibirsk appreciated the quality of Tolmachevo Catering services. At present, negotiations on cooperation with other Russian and foreign airlines are under way.
Tolmachevo Catering LLC is a joint project of Airport Tolmachevo JSC and a leading global manufacturer and operator in the field of flight catering –LSG Lufthansa Service Europa/Afrika GmbH (LSG Sky Chefs). Catering facility was launched on December 20, 2013. It is equipped with modern high-tech units including deep freezing refrigeration chambers which allow storage of ingredients up to 6 months, and Blast chillers which keep taste and quality of prepared meals.The current nominal capacity of the facility makes up 3,000 meals per day, and in the long term can be extended up to 5,000. The menu includes dishes of various world cuisines as well as special meals: vegetarian, low-calorie, children’s and others.
