In a month the same agreement was concluded with S7 Airlines.
This kind of service relieves the passenger from the necessity to come to the airport one more time just for recieving the late delivered baggage and has a positive influence on the carrier's image and a favorable effect on the Tolmachevo International airport reputation.
During the 6 months "Tolmachevo-Terminal-Service" had delivered 40 pieces of baggage to the addresses of 29 clients and it is the case, when the less quantity of inquiries demonstrates the coordinated work of departure airport services and airlines.
Taking into account the positive feedback of "Transaero" and S7 Airlines passengers, "Tolmachevo Terminal Service" plans to offer the service of redirected baggage delivery to the other carriers, operating the flights to Tolmachevo International airport.
